    made a deposit of 25,000 BDT to my DBBet account (User ID: 1752727631) on September 20, 2026, using the bKash payment gateway. The amount was deducted from my account with Transaction ID: DIK1OBSX4L. However, the funds have not been credited to my gaming balance. Live support provided no concrete help, and their official support email bounced back.
