@Afi4wins Thank you for reaching out. Here are the exact details of my issue with 1win Casino:

 

* My Player ID: 93781967

* Disputed Amount: 500,000 INR

* Date of Incident: 30/12/2025

 

Summary: On 30th December 2025, I legitimately won 500,000 INR. Right after I placed a withdrawal, the transaction failed and 1win permanently blocked my account. Their security team keeps giving a false excuse that the account was closed "at my own request," which is completely untrue. To forcefully settle the logs, they only sent a minor fraction of 702.34 INR in USDT to my wallet and confiscated the remaining 499,000+ INR balance. 

 

They have stopped responding to my emails. I request AskGamblers to please initiate my official identity verification (KYC) so I can prove my ownership and get my winnings back.

@Sahil_0912 Unfortunately, 1Win Casino is not listed at Askgamblers, so I'm afraid you won't be able to file your complaint here using the AGCCS facility.

I would suggest you try out other available options you can find, like at some other forums, or an ADR provider.

Seems to me it's yet one more case involving cyrpto currency withdrawal at a shady casino!

Since 1win is not listed here, I have already taken your advice and initiated a formal dispute reopening with an independent ADR provider (Casino Guru) and submitted a PAB ticket at Casinomeister. Appreciate your guidance on this crypto withdrawal matter.
