Novibet Ireland – Withdrawals suddenly stuck on pending

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with withdrawals from Novibet Ireland and I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I made a first withdrawal of €200, and the money arrived within a few minutes without any problem.

However, since then, my withdrawals have stopped being processed. I made another withdrawal of €300 on September 1st, 2026, and it is still showing as pending.

I have contacted Novibet several times through the live chat to ask what is happening. Each time, I get more or less the same answer: that the relevant department is dealing with it and that I need to wait.

I keep asking when my money will actually be sent, but I don't get a specific answer or a payment date. The withdrawal simply remains pending.

Has anyone here experienced the same situation with Novibet Ireland recently?

More importantly, has anyone had a withdrawal pending for several days and eventually received their money? If so, how long did it take and what did you do to get it resolved?

@RubboJ Hi there and welcome to the forum.

A 300 EUR withdrawal amount is not much so there shouldn't be any big delay for that, unless of course if the casino is experiencing a heavy sudden workload (which do happen at other various casinos too).

Give it some more time to see how things progress.

Based on what Flatzem has posted above - it looks like you may have a second account. Do you recall opening multiple accounts?
