wongstanley919 Posted yesterday at 04:55 AM Posted yesterday at 04:55 AM Hi, I'm trying to submit a complaint against Shuffle Casino but the casino doesn't appear in the dropdown on the submit form. Browsing to the Shuffle Casino pages on AskGamblers from Canada also returns "Shuffle Casino is not available in your country." To be clear, that message is coming from AskGamblers, not from Shuffle. Shuffle accepts Canadian players. I registered and have been playing from Canada, the site is fully accessible here, and Shuffle themselves approved my address verification using a Canadian proof of address. They have also already paid me one withdrawal without issue. So this is not a case of a casino being blocked in my country. I've tried a different browser, incognito, and mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. Same result each time. The complaint itself is straightforward: a withdrawal requested on 28 August 2026 is still showing "Pending Review." My account has completed every verification stage Shuffle asked for, including ID, proof of address and a liveness check, each within minutes of the requirement appearing. Support tells me it's with the Compliance team and that they have no visibility into it. I've emailed support twice with no response. My question is whether the missing dropdown entry is a geo-filtering issue on your side, or whether AskGamblers doesn't accept complaints against Shuffle from players in Canada. I'd rather know now than keep trying. Thanks. cocopop3011 1 Quote

wongstanley919 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Hello, I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada, a legal location to play Shuffle. And I have successfully passed 5 stages of KYC verification, which includes a address verification, proving that the location is valid. Also, I would like to add that I can only comment once per day (probably because I'm a new user). Quote
