    2 deposits declined by 22bet while bank confirming money successfully credited to merchant account

    Two deposits never arrived

    My operator user account number id is 698006241.

     

    I have made multiples deposit with the website but 2 deposits never arrived in my account. I had file complaints regarding them with the site, but there answer always remains the same "Please wait, it will be credited soon."

     

    They have asked me for statements, videos, bank transaction confirmations on multiple occasions which I provided all of on multiple occasions. But still they have failed to deposit or refund the amount even after 60 days .

     

    Following are the deposits details :-

    1st deposit

    • Method used : Paytm UPI
    • Payment amount : Rs 1499.95
    • Payment Date : 26/06/2026
    • Payment Time : 14:31
    • Payment UTR ID : 609246186116
    • Current status : Still not credited, denied once of receiving funds after almost 45 days and reopened the case after I provided bank transaction confirmations.

     

    2nd deposit

    • Method used : Paytm UPI
    • Payment amount : Rs 1999.72
    • Payment Date : 13/08/2026
    • Payment Time : 16:50
    • Payment UTR ID : 312376274781
    • Current status : Still not credited even after I provided them with video proofs, bank statements, payment statements on multiple occasions.

     

    Kindly, help me get these deposits as I have lost hope as whenever I ask them the answer remains the same.

    Hi and welcome to the forum. Have the deposits definitely not been returned to your bank balance?

    This is yet one more 'missing deposit/s' issue by the UPI payment provider! Can UPI be trusted at all???
