Megapari withdrawal rejected

I am submitting this complaint regarding a rejected withdrawal from my Megapari account. 

* Megapari Account ID: 1759809023
* Date of Request: 21.08.2026 (07:34)
* Withdrawal Amount: 16,000.00 KES
* Payment Method: Electronic / M-Pesa

Details of the issue:
I recently requested a withdrawal of 16,000 KES from my Megapari account, but the transaction was rejected. I have attempted to process my winnings, but the payout keeps failing without a clear resolution from support. 

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help me get my withdrawal processed or clarify the reason for the rejection from the casino. I have attached a screenshot of the rejected withdrawal details from my account below.

In order to file a complaint against the casino, kindly use the AGCCS facility (Casino Complaint Services). You can click on the 'COMPLAINTS' button at the top of the screen to access it.

The casino needs to explain why your withdrawal was rejected. haven't you tried contacting support via live chat or email?

Yeah, they should at least give him a reason why his account was banned. But he should probably contact support first and ask them directly

where did he mention that his acc. was closed? i only read about a problem with his withdrawal.
