My account was verified and i deposited my own money . Account closed without giving any reason just told me to contact curacao gaming authority I have sent 10-15 emails to the gaming authority and made complaints without any response. I just want to know why are online casinos who are licenced in curacao allowed to operate if there is no possibility to contact the authority. I don't work on the complaints team but I've just had a look at your complaint and I can see that the complaint was closed and marked resolved as our team received evidence that you breached the casinos terms and conditions. In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of Casino. Any other account you open on the Website will be considered as the "Duplicate Account". That i made a log in from my friends house who also had an account there and also was a depositing player and that happened few days later after I already won the amount . We signed up from different locations and i played from my home and he played from hes. It is not against any terms . He lives like 40 km from my house . From my ip pc and so on i was the only one.If the askgamblers team would carefuly look what info JoyCasino has given they would see i was not breaching any rules. I did not cross any of those rules also the evidence what they may have shown was that i also had a account on their sister site casino-x where i had made about 40-50 deposits they use the same ip and so on. Anyway mny problem was nobody even told me what rule i had broken and i have been playing for a long time so i know not to do anything that stupid. I always play with my own account I alweays have 1 account. And i am a depositing player. The reason they did not pay was because the amount was to big.
