AskGamblers just published their 2025 complaint report and the numbers are pretty wild

$10.7 million returned to players in a single year. That's a record — up from $9 million in 2023 and $6.9 million in 2024. Total since the service launched 16 years ago is now $81.9 million.

A WOW Vegas player recovered $450,000 after the casino refused to pay out full winnings over a residency dispute. A HellSpin player had €250,000 sitting stuck until AskGamblers got involved. A BC.Game player didn't receive the $228,457 they'd won — resolved after the team contacted the casino directly.

Around 9,000 complaints were submitted in 2025 against nearly 1,500 different operators. 68% of accepted cases were resolved successfully.

A mediation service with no legal authority managed to recover $10 million from casinos in one year purely by applying pressure. That says something both about how often funds get improperly withheld and about how much operators actually care about their reputation on platforms like this one.

Has anyone here gone through the complaints process? Curious how operators actually respond once AskGamblers contacts them.
