Dispute with CoinPoker - Technical OCR Error Round #298426289015008

I am filing a formal dispute regarding a session on the Pragmatic Play Speed Blackjack table (Dealer: Frank-Bernie).

During Round #298426289015008, the physical cards broadcast on the live stream resulted in a winning side-bet payout. However, the game history was recorded with incorrect card data—specifically misidentifying a physical card as a Jack of Diamonds—resulting in a loss.

I have contacted CoinPoker support (Ref: VD1176328013646813), but they have refused to escalate the matter to the game provider, Pragmatic Play, for a manual video audit. I am reporting a clear OCR (Optical Character Recognition) synchronization error. I request a manual review of the provider's video archive to reconcile the visual broadcast with the incorrect digital record.

Yes but it won’t let me the provider’s  that I mentioned don’t show up..
