Voodoodreams limited withdrawal options and falsely rejecting ID preventing withdrawals

Joined voodoodreams casino, before depositing I viewed the withdrawal options, it states there is multiple ways to withdraw.. so I deposited when i went to withdraw no options show apart from trustly somthing I carnt use.. they also asked for verification documents and I provided extremely clear images yet these were rejected (it didnt come as a suprise as it looks like theyve been doing this to alot of people) 

 

I contacted them and asked to be able to withdraw to a method thats listed on their site.. they responded twice ignoring everything I said and told me to use trustly despite me making it very clear I can not use trustly.. 

 

It seems voodoodreams and clearly preventing withdrawals by limiting the options and rejecting ID

 

I would highly recommended not playing here... upto now I've received a extremely poor service I dont hold much hope I will get my winnings

I think there has already been several reported cases about VoodooDreams here in the forum, but thanks for your headsup anyway.
