Morning! Any one had any issues with euromoon??? Slightly odd tcs and cs (max bet 30% of original deposit) I read this after I started playing, but was ok with it as I like small bets! I deposited £30 and got 37 euros, my max bet was 10euros...I played for several days and got upto an exciting 3500 euros! My biggest ever withdrawl, actually would be life changing for me! But they have declined my withdrawl for breaking tcs and cs :-(. They say they have proof I did 1 20 euro spin and I know I didn't! They said it's on my history but I know for sure it was 2euros. Taco brothers...I did 1 spin nothing...then another and 3 safes came in and went to bonus, hadn't seen that bonus before, so coins poor down and it shows in coins not euros, so didn't know what I had won until the bonus was over, looked at my balance and it was over 300 euro win, as I didn't know the game this seemed perfectly possible, but I checked my bet bottom left and spun again at 2 euros...now they are saying it was a 20 euro spin :-(. Could it have malfunctioned? Very unhappy today

Hello aer1983 and welcome to the forum.

 

Have you seen your game history to check the bet in question? I guess what you could do is open a complaint and out forward your concerns that you only placed a 2 euro bet. It may or may not be accepted as a complaint I'm unsure..

 

The difference between a 2 euro bet and a 20 euro bet is quite a difference, were all other bets before and after the bet in question also 2 euros?

I can't check the history as I'm using a phone and the system apparently doesn't support viewing accounts by phone, they have thou and agree the bet before and after were 2 euros, just one random 20 euro bet! They have just called and are adamant it's my mistake, I don't believe it at all but they said they have proof, and there is nothing I can do, I actually do not trust it at all but it seems others agree with me on other reviews. I just have to accept it as a bad experience, they offered a bonus, but I will just avoid them completely in future. The lady I spoke to was really nice, just adamant I made a mistake...hardly likely seeing as I would have to go into the settings, change the bet and then do the same after the next spin! I would believe a malfunction...but I know I didn't do it. Very disappointed!

That's such a shame and I guess in this kind of situation it's your against theirs and if shows that a 20 euro bet was made and it's there in black and white it's pretty hard for the player to come back from that.
