no, you need to wager (play) €1200. To make it easier to you, for example playing a slot you have to spin 1200 times with a worth of €1 each spin, spin 2400  times if your bet is €0,50 per spin and so on.

Now WAGERING - This means you need to play-through a certain amount. As Leo already mentioned in your case you will need to play-through £1200 before you can withdraw.

 

This means lets say for example you were placing £1 bets, 10 spins @ £1 per spin would mean you wagered £10.

 

100 Spins @ £1 a spin = £100 wagered.

 

10 Spins @ 20p a spin = £2 wagered

I think it's easy to meet the wagering requirements with that balance, just bet low and I believe there's no max cashout if you made a deposit and keep playing.
