Has anyone in here played @ multilotto sometime? in that case whats your experience about payment and support

In my case iam so pissed at their ***** support. I won 560 euro after wagering  when i recevied 10 freespins last friday. I tried to  make a withdraw of 460 euro to my bank (trustly service) . After two days i havent heard anything from support so i sent i email asking whats going on, got response shortly after that, and i had to send ID and a bill. No probs there , so i did . Now after 3 days having withdraw still pending and support not responding anymore. So had 100 euro left on account and blew it away just for fun, looks like my mooney is just playmooney and i wont see a cent off my winnings sadly..

no livechat and no bonus conditions and rules on the website either so i keept spinning and spinning till bonus money was converted to  real money , well they havent responsed to my mail so theres nothing i can do , to bad ,460  euro is a nice win , and yes i recevied 10 freespins offer by mail so it wasnt a signup bonus

No bonus conditions on their website    Doesn't sound like a place I'd play at!! I hope you manage to get a response and you winnings although I really wouldn't hold out your hopes from what you've told me.

This is a little poor casino -   They have only playn go software slots and sometimes  add in weekend 300% bonus to lobby. up to  1000€ or something like that.

 

They bonuses dont have any rulez - only rulez is wager x  35  or ( im dont remember exacly )   -  You can bet any stake you like 1€ or 25€ / 50€ when bonus active.   this is not problem no max bet rule and other trapy bonus rule.

 

They processed payments slowly and often with few small pieces not all amount in one transactions.   Send them message asking  what happen with your withdrawal and  -  you need be patient.

I signed up with them through a cashback incentive site. I put in just £10.00 and won £10.00. The text said I "may" be asked for photo ID at some point but as I have only been asked to do this at 1 other website I thought chances are I wouldn't be asked. Admittedly I was at fault. I was told my birth cert would do but then they said as the name is different as a result of marriage this wouldn't do and I was asked for my marriage cert. I don't think so.
