Was it a glitch in Inetbet's software?

Something strange happened to me while playing the instant play version at Inetbet recently & I'd like to share the story with everybody.

I was playing 3 stooges brideless groom & I got 2reels aligned, giving me 3 free respins. On the third respin, another reel fell into place, completing 3 reels aligned which was what was needed to go into the bonus feature. This is where you get to open or click on t.v. sets to reveal prizes like free spins, etc. You go on until you open a broken heart symbol which ends this stage then you proceed to play whatever number of free spins you got as well as multipliers.. So, there I was deciding which one i should open for my third pick( the first 2 gave me 3 free spins each) when, to my surprise, I got disconnected. I tried logging back on to the game but it wouldn't let me. After several attempts, i thought maybe I should log out first from the casino, log in again then try to go back to 3stooges where I would have a pending game. It still won't let me into the game & an error message would appear saying that there is a problem connecting to the server. After trying several times, i decided to try some other games & there ws no problem playing them. But at this point , my main concern was my unfinished bonus play. So, in between games, i would go back to 3 sttoges but it still won't let me in. I did this many times & each time i did at least 3 attempts with no success & each time it gave me the same error message.

After my balance was gone, i decided to take abreak & proceeded to email customer support to tell them what happened. After that was written & sent, i made another deposit, still not giving up the hope of finishing my bonus round becaus i never was able to get on the game anyway,despite all the other games being fine. I was thinking, when i finally am able to go into 3 stooges, it will take me to exactly where i got disconnected, which is always the case with disrupted bonus play. Well, i guessed wrong. I still couldn't get into the game and the same error message appears. And all other games were fine to play.

I have been in contact with Inetbet csr's regarding this matter. As expected, they tell me that the game logs don't show any pending games for me. As much as I feel Very much, for the lack of a better word, robbed, there is only so much i can do. Firstly, i only have my word to offer as proof of the incident. Secondly, the game logs are not kept by an independent party. They are inetbet's & they say it says otherwise. Of course, they have offered to send me a copy but I said there's no need to, for obvious reasons.

I can't help thinking that that bonus play could have been the big one but maybe not. I have told inetbet that all i ask of them is apromise to investigate the incident and fix it because i know for a fact that their software is flawed. There is a glitch somewhere and they should work on eliminating the chance of the same thing happening again in the spirit of fair play. Thanks for spending the time to read my narrative. Bye.
