Cariprecia
Well unfortunately I was one of those naive players that got taken advantage of. I had a huge withdrawal pending and was happy to finally be getting some of my money back. But now that they are closed it doesn't sound like I will be getting anything. Does anyone have any advice for me as far as trying to recoup some of my losses? Can I take legal action? I have tried reaching out to the curaçao Internet gaming association but have had no luck. Not sure if I should try and get a lawyer? If anyone has any more information on who I should contact please let me know. Thanks!

Yes, there is still a chance /although it is really really small/ to get your money or at least a decent chunk of it. What would matter most is the outcome of the trial against the owners of these brands, if there is such a trial eventually of course. They must be sentenced to pay all stolen players funds at least. Another possibility if a new investor buys those brands along with the player database and all relevant outstanding payments of course. And yes, hiring a good lawyer and arm with a lot of patience is also a good option. Cariprecia
Adebisi213
That's where the reputation and power of AskGamblers comes in. Online casinos know they have more to lose than to gain if they get shamed on this platform. But ahh well, some casinos never learn!
