Don't you know what the email address is, or it has just been compromised (hacked)? Secondly, 3 million in what currency? Rupees perhaps, or USD/EUR? Quote
Afi4wins Posted January 6 Posted January 6 @teambangladesh Have you contacted their live chat and informed them that your registered email at the casino is now lost and/or cannot be used anymore? The live chat can then transfer this info to the finance dept and to accept your new email address. Some casinos can accept this, some won't. Quote

Nowadays there are too many security measures- phone notification/ phone pop up, OTP on second email and a lot more. You can easily reset your password even if you forget/lose it.
