Hi,

I received an offer through the post.  It was for a deposit and wager for 100 free spins.  I deposited, I wagered it and no free spins.

I contacted them and they told me I wasn't on the list, but i should send them pictures of the offer.  So I took pictures and sent them off.  they got back and simply said I wasnt on the list.  

So I don't know what happened.  Either they sent me this offer by mistake or they simply dont want to give me the free spins.

I think its a disgrace.

you still have it? take a photo of it with your phone and post it on the forum here. it should help with sorting this out.

I was on chat with them today.  They simply say I'm not on the mailing list to receive this offer.  I sent pictures, they asked for me to send the same picture but with different backgrounds (I assume to prove i didnt get the image off some website), so i did this.  They then just said the same thing, I'm not on the list.  I even offered to send a selfie with me holding it. So not sure what i would gain posting the pictures on here.

So no doubt they were trying to catch me out, thinking i wouldnt be able to do this,  but i did,  i'm genuine, I was sent the offer.  I have it.  It was addressed to me.  I just wish i had kept the envelope.  But no doubt they'd say the same thing.  They seem incapable of believing they made a mistake by sending it to me.

Even though i did the wagering, i wasn't even bothered with all the free spins, I simply wanted an apology, they refuse to give me one.  Its really the principle of the thing, but their customer service is so unhelpful that I'm not sure I want to deal with them anymore.
