What’s the first thing you look at when trying to read a poker player?

Have you ever heard the term “poker face”?... In poker, you don’t learn it in one day, it comes with time, discipline, and a lot of situations where your heart is racing but your face stays calm (like “I'm doing great ”). What’s the first thing you look at when trying to read a player?

Pupils. That is one of the reaction nobody can fake. Our pupils dilate when we look at something we like (a good hand, for example).

I certainly admire people with inscrutable faces. I'm told that I can read all my emotions on my face, but I can't understand others. It's unfair. What's the secret?

I look at their eyes. Almost always very informative. You just need to remember what opponent's eyes looks like when he has good cards.
