I am raising a complaint against Kwiff regarding repeated failures of its responsible gambling system, specifically the loss limit control. On multiple occasions — most notably on 11 October 2025 — I reached my active loss limit and was still able to increase or reset the limit instantly, without the mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period required under UK Gambling Commission Social Responsibility Code 3.4.1(2)(b). I have timestamped screenshots showing this occurred within one minute, allowing me to continue gambling immediately. The same issue later happened again on a separate date, confirming that the failure is ongoing and systemic rather than a one-off error. These breaches removed the protection designed to help me manage my play, caused further financial loss of approximately £1,500, and ultimately led me to self-exclude through GamStop. I am seeking reimbursement of those net losses and assurance that Kwiff will address the fault to comply with UKGC regulations.

I have video and photos proof however won’t let me upload the videos, I’m just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and what was the outcome or if anyone has any input on my case wether that’s advice or anything, the photos show time stamped photos on the same day where I maxed the loss limit and then was able to chnage it right away

Hi and welcome to the forum, sorry to hear you've had these issues.

What exactly has the casino said about this? Have they accepted any fault, or are they simply ignoring your communication?
