Okay so, you submitted all documents, including the medical certificate? And have they still not accepted it? Sorry I’m trying to establish where we are exactly to see why our complaints team can’t take on the case. So can you just explain what happened after you submitted everything? Or is it the case of not submitting the medical certificate - or they’ve just not accepted the one you submitted? 
 

I can chat to our complaints department but I need a clear understanding of what’s happened and exactly where you are before I can do that, so I do apologise for all the questions.

@cocopop3011I submitted all the documents, but even like that the complain team rejected my case. Right now I just created another complain saying that the close my account but there is money on it, but since Friday I'm not receiving any answer from 22bet casino.

Never said AG did I mean the Casino's are pissing us all about using the investigation excuse to avoid a complaint I can't make it anymore simple than that : also it depends on where they are anybody can make rules but only the judiciary can rule upon what is legal that's it in a nutshell if their terms and conditions are in breach of contract law it can be argued and the courts decision is the final say . 

That said a lot set themselves up in places where the courts have no real teeth or corruption runs riot its why you have to be picky about jurisdictions 

in all honesty I'd just play at the local casino this safari nonsense is becoming less and less appealing each day .

@cocopop3011I know what you mean. Is been right now more than 72h and the block department not contact to me for making the transfer. Customer support are telling me that it takes time, but how much ?? All of this situation is really frustrated. Any recommendation ?

No, this is related that my gambling account is blocked with money inside, and the block department from 22bet, doesn't response me
