Ask for medical certificate while KYC period

Hello !! 

4 days ago 22bet is asking me for sending the Spanish ID because of KYC period, then I sended. After that they asked me for medical certificate, I thought thats weird but they have my money blocked, then also I sended, but they don't accepted and I resend different certificates, that approve that I don't have gambling problems. 

Right now my account is still blocked, I can go in but I cant make the withdrawal of the money. Also I put a complain through here. 

What you guys think about it. Even is a casino in Europe is ilegal asking for those type of things.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I’m confused, why would they request a medical certificate?

Hello !! 

First they ask me for my ID, and then, next email they ask me for certificate, because a year ago I told them to close the account, then I recently opened, and I send it the certificate that I was in a rehab center, but even though, they don't accepted that.
