Immerion casino

Hello guys know if immerion casino is a scam? They dont let me withdrawal and verify my account i have follow their instractions and still they deny to verify me. I have sent to them 4 mails with new pics every time of my ID. By the way i have had send a mail before some days to complain about immerion casino. Unrfotunatly my reqyest didn't accept it as i forgot to send screenshots. I tried to make a new request today but i can not choose the immerion casino at the form it's missing.
