After investigating, I discovered that the actual cause was Apple’s iCloud Private Relay feature, which was enabled on my iPhone without me even realizing it. I have never intentionally used a VPN, proxy, or any similar service while playing.Here are the amounts currently being withheld:• Xlbet: €3,275.01• RapidCasino: €1,153I would like to stress that I did not know this privacy feature was active on my device. Apple Private Relay is designed to protect users’ privacy by hiding IP addresses, not to bypass casino rules. This situation is a completely unintentional and human mistake, and I feel it is very unfair that my winnings are being withheld for this reason.I am now escalating this case to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and, if needed, to eCOGRA as directed by MGA. Sorry to hear you are having these issues. I’ve never heard of this feature before. Does it specifically state in their terms you’re not allowed to use this, or have they classed it as a VPN. Is your country banned at the casino usually? Quote
