I played many years at betssen.com. Of course lose lot of money. Many times ask closed my acc with no chances to reopen but everytime its reopened again. Last week i lose again and ask self exclude for year. Chat agent accepted that. After couple days i wrote to open acc and they do that. Of course i lose again more than 1000€. Its normal if you want to not opened but they always open, and what worth is self exclude if thats no working?

Hi and welcome to the forum. A self-exclusion is usually not reversible, what kind of exclusion was you putting on your account?
