Vauhdikas casino cancelled my withdraw

I played at Vauhdikas casino and won the maximum win from the game, however the casino cancelled my withdrawal because I "violated" the terms, the condition was that you are not allowed to deposit more money if your balance is over €10, however, the casino website shows a pop up window asking you to deposit more when you have less than €20 in balance. I don't think this is right because I used my own money and didn't use any deposit bonuses or anything. I also definitely rolled over the deposit amount
