By first hitting the selected symbols and then spinning the wheel. If the wheel lands on ”jackpot” you get the superjackpot.

To me, that superjackpot that hasn’t been hit for 2-3 years sounds more like mythology than math. Sure, symbols, and bet size tweak your odds slightly, but they don’t magically crank up your chance on a random wheel spin.
