Hi,

I can’t withdraw 50 sol which is around 11000$ without any reason 

I did the kyc and everything and asked the support. The support can’t tell me why I am unable to withdraw

Hi sorry I’m just catching up with this after my vacation. Did you manage to sort this issue?
