Please note, I have screenshots of EVERYTHING. It started when I received an email offer for a 150% bonus up to $300 CAD (I live in Canada). In the email, it spoke of the Champions League but it did not say you had to bet on that. So I contacted customer service and specifically asked if I could bet on other sports as I wanted to bet on MLB. I was asked to provide a screenshot of the email offer, which I did, and the chat person asked someone else, and I was assured that I could. Incidentally, this Supabet must be affiliated with other sites, because I got 4 emails with the exact same bonus and format. I successfully received the bonus on another of their sites (Tiki Taka) following this same procdure. Then I made my deposit ($200, to receive the $300 bonus) and my bet, which I lost. When I contacted customer service, I first got kicked off the chat. Then with the next person, they asked for a screenshot, which I provided, then they said they had to ask another department. I was then told I would not receive the bonus. I showed a screenshot of the person assuring me I would receive the bonus from the previous chat, but they would not give it. When I asked why not, they would not give me a reason. I then got cut off that chat, despite me wanting a more solid answer, which I did not receive. I then did the exact same process in another chat and despite me specifically asking for the reason they would not give me the bonus, they would not give me one. I emailed and complained to the site and they replied that they do not have to give bonuses and that they have the right to refuse bonuses. I am furious that I was assured I would receive the bonus, provided the screenshot of their chat person saying just that, and they would not honor it and live up to their end of the bargain. I find this completely dishonest and just a disgusting business practice. There is NO reason for them to not honor the bonus. I was within the time frame and I had their assurance. That's the ONLY reason I made the deposit with them and they completely swindled me. Congratulations if that's their business practice But to renege on their word is an absolute joke. Thank you for reading this far!! If anyone has any advice or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I can assure you, I have screenshots of EVERYTHING I have stated. I received it at 9:14 am and that afternoon I contacted their support and asked if I could bet on sports other than soccer. They said I could and that I would receive the bonus, then I made the $200 deposit and the bet. Quote

No reason was given, just that they can refuse to give a bonus. I also have screenshots of my chats with their support where they told me I would not receive the bonus, but no reason was given. Quote
