Bc.game locked me out!

After playing on BC game for a few years now never experienced any issues but a few days ago was locked out of my account while trying to make a withdrawal and was told that my account needed to be recovered and I needed to contact support so I sent them an email and was promptly replied to with a form of verification which barely in mind I have already completed months ago with no issue but now I have completed what they’ve asked even though some of the questions seems pretty irrelevant but I’ve done it all and yet to receive a reply it’s been a few days now and they are just totally ignoring any type of contact through email. I can’t use the live chat feature as you have to log into your account to be able to use that which I can’t also have money on there as I say was trying to withdraw read a few different posts. Online seems to be a common issue. Not really sure what to do now.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you are having issues here. Was your account previouslty verified, or is this the first time?

I have indeed already  verified myself account. ID, email address phone number and wallet address ect so I’m not really sure why this has become a issue now as I’ve been on there since 2022 ish without any real issue but now my account is in limbo
