Bpackage Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago After playing on BC game for a few years now never experienced any issues but a few days ago was locked out of my account while trying to make a withdrawal and was told that my account needed to be recovered and I needed to contact support so I sent them an email and was promptly replied to with a form of verification which barely in mind I have already completed months ago with no issue but now I have completed what they’ve asked even though some of the questions seems pretty irrelevant but I’ve done it all and yet to receive a reply it’s been a few days now and they are just totally ignoring any type of contact through email. I can’t use the live chat feature as you have to log into your account to be able to use that which I can’t also have money on there as I say was trying to withdraw read a few different posts. Online seems to be a common issue. Not really sure what to do now. Quote

ID, email address phone number and wallet address ect so I’m not really sure why this has become a issue now as I’ve been on there since 2022 ish without any real issue but now my account is in limbo Quote
