Hello, I am having an issue with Pin-Up Casino. I submitted a complaint regarding this matter, but it was rejected by Askgamblers. The reason given was that my complaint does not fall under the 'problem with an operator' section.

However, when I visit askgamblers website, I only see the section 'Having trouble with an operator? We're here to help.' There is no separate section called 'Having trouble with a casino.'

Could you please assist me with this issue?
