- My Experience With 1xBet

I asked 1xBet three separate times to exclude me because I was suffering from gambling-related harm. Despite those clear requests, they still accepted CAD $74,666 in deposits from me after my first exclusion request.

Their excuse? That I didn’t use the exact “magic word” they wanted to hear. But nowhere in their terms, in responsible gambling law, or in their own Responsible Gaming policy is a “magic word” required.

In fact, their Section 5 Responsible Gambling policy states:

“In case You are diagnosed with a gambling addiction or try to stay away from gambling for a different reason, we want to assist you to stay away from anything that does nothing good for you. ‘Self-Exclusion’ means that You exclude yourself, out of Your own choice, from selected gambling services (or all of them).”

That policy makes it clear: exclusion requests must be honored immediately, whether a customer names “gambling addiction” or simply states they want to stay away. I told them both. None of it mattered.

Instead of following their own rules, 1xBet ignored three exclusion requests, kept my account open, and profited from harm they were explicitly warned about.

This proves one of two things: either 1xBet doesn’t understand its own policies, or it chooses to ignore them. Both are disqualifying for a licensed operator.

If you play here, know this: the “rules” 1xBet applies are not the ones regulators recognize, and they will not protect you when it matters most.

I expect 1xBet will reply here with a generic template instead of addressing my evidence. I encourage readers to compare their response with the facts above.

Does anyone have any support?
