seijichan245 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against BetWhale (operated by Wonder Play N.V., License No. ALSI-122310020-F16, issued by the Government of Anjouan) regarding unresolved winning bets and lack of customer support resolution. From 11/08/2025 - 15/08/2025, I placed several bets with BetWhale which resulted in winnings. However, despite the bets being clearly completed, BetWhale has not graded them. I repeatedly reported this issue to their customer support (First time report on 14/08/2025 ) and emailed them asking for an update each day after . Their only response has been to blame “technical issues,” without offering any reasonable explanation or timeframe for resolution. As of today, more than 7 days have passed since my original complaint, and my bets remain pending. This has caused significant concern that BetWhale may be withholding legitimate winnings in breach of fair gaming practices and licensing obligations. Summary of Issues: Winning bets not graded and left pending for over 7 days. Support responses limited to “technical issues,” with no explanation or timeframe for resolution. No communication on when winnings will be credited to my account. Evidence : Screenshots of pending bets. Copies of support correspondence. Bet ID and transaction records. I request that BetWhale: Immediately grade and settle my pending winning bets. Provide an explanation as to why the settlement process has taken so long. Give assurances that other players will not face the same issue in the future. I am posting this complaint publicly because private support channels have not provided a satisfactory resolution.
