Bigbucks1983 Posted Wednesday at 09:24 PM Posted Wednesday at 09:24 PM Hi, New member here and tbh am extremely stressed. I signed up to casiku a few days ago, promptly lost about 1k over the two days. Then I hit a hot streak and multiple small withdrawals I ended up about 700-900 up. I then received an email from casiku stating that after review by their risk team they are closing my account stating they are allowed to under rule 13.2 of their general terms for any reason they choose. They then stated they were confiscating my winnings and returning my deposits. I have tried to go through chat but I am now blocked and they won't reply to my emails. I have not broken any of their terms, I signed up, verified and played. If they want to close my account fine, it sucks but I can't stop them however taking my winnings is a step too far. Surely it's concerning they can do this to any winning player at any point, close your account and negate your winnings. I hope others have fared better than me with them, if you have experienced something similar what was the outcome? Cheers Quote
