    I went today thru this link to try Betfair. Not only they didn't credit the 200% bonus, but I managed to receive the regular highroller bonus won 34,000 EUR and got my account locked right after I won in slots.

     

    They asked me for documents , I sent my Passport and my ID but they insist to keep my account closed for investigation.

     

    Before I won all was ok, at the minute I won the 34K my account got locked immediately and now they say my account is under investigation

    34K win?! :shok:  How did you do that, mate? Come on, tell us more, I'm so eager to hear the whole story.

     

    As for your troubles with Betfair, let me assure you that this operator is a decent and trustworthy one and they would never decide to close any account just like that. I'm sure they have pretty good reasons to do whatever they have done, so better try to stay cool and wait for the outcome of their investigation. If everything is ok with your way and style of playing there's nothing to worry about, isn't it?! Yeah, I know how frustrating this whole procedure could be, as I have been in your shoes in several occasions, but believe me, if you haven't done anything wrong, you will be ok and you'll get the money.

     

    And also don't forget that you can use our complaint system as well in case of a trouble. ;)
