In my profile (Player ID: 37069420), the system automatically shows a Max Win (casino) value of x26.7K. However, I have never received such a win or payout. I am also unable to determine which slot or date this supposed win refers to, and support has not provided any confirmation.

I have repeatedly requested that the technical team verify how this statistic was generated, especially since the data was added automatically by the system — without any user input. Despite my attempts, support has refused to investigate the origin of this figure unless I provide a specific slot, date, or screenshot, which is not applicable in this case because the win never occurred.

This raises a serious concern:

• Either a system error caused the Max Win value to be recorded incorrectly,

• Or there is manipulation of player statistics, which could mislead users and violate the principles of fair gaming.

I formally request that Pin-Up Casino:
