What should I do if the Operator Name isn't on the List for Making a complaint?

I was attempting to create a complaint about an experience I had with a website when I got hung up attempting to list the operator's name in the required field box.  They were not on the list and you cannot just type a name into the field.  I am not able to progress with creating the complaint, hopefully someone has some advice or suggestion of what I should do from here?  Thanks in advance!
