Hey @cocopop3011 thanks for asking.

 

Here's a quick summary of my situation:

 

I'm in Tanzania

 

I requested a withdrawal from 1xBet on 31 May 2025 (TZS 286,417)

 

Method: CRDB Bank

 

They kept shifting excuses:

 

1. Payment system issue

 

 

2. Then “technical team working on it”

 

 

3. Then “network problems”

 

 

4. And recently “system instability”

 

 

 

It's been almost a month and I still haven’t received my money

 

Their live chat + email support just copy-paste replies

 

I’ve already submitted my complaint here with screenshots and all proof

 

 

Appreciate any help or advice from people who went through this too.
