I have not been paid out or been helped by customer service there's lucky Vegas international platform I play other games similar and I have been paid out but on this for instance to host dinner timely respond back to where it was days later before they said they couldn't do anything when I play for over an hour and it kicked me off after it said I had 3,604.50. what they did was prolonged the matter to it erased itself in the system or to where they could erase it but each one of these people are provided screenshots and how nobody has responded back to me and took care of this issue and they're allowing this person is still continue I'm very dissatisfied because I have one and then paid out over $100 before that incident and I won $400 interest out for $300 this they have bad records and tracking numbers to copy and I so good of that immediately I have not been paid out or treated fairly. How can I get this resolved and would be nice to talk to someone other the messages and telegram

Hi and welcome to the forum. It’s quite difficult to understand what you’ve written though. Is your withdrawal in pending or have they confiscated the funds?

When anyone write without using commas (,) or full stops (.), the entire passage becomes confusing and hard to catch what is being written.

@Acuraboi85 English may not be your language, and probably you are using a translator, so making your sentences short, with commas and fullstops, would make your sentences clearer. Right now, I too cannot really catch what you are trying to say, except that the casino has not paid you and the customer service is not helping you either.

I do speak English and the site kept closing. Tried to make it quick with voice to text. You are correct I haven't got paid. I was directed to four different people. I provided my account info as well as screenshots. They said the didn't see anything. I really felt like they did find and erased it when the distributor on telegram. Happy sky plus, cash masters,real gold casino,and the one I having the most problems with is lucky Vegas. All links can be found by searching them in the search bar.

The betting records was showing every spin for that game it's no longer available  or shows that the game green money. Hi Acuraboi85,

I'm Andy, I am also very new to this forum (I have been a reader for years and finally taken the step to sign up!) I have read your posts a few times now and unfortunately I am struggling to understand exactly what the issue is,  it also seems the administrator and experienced member who posted above are as well.

I think what @Afi4wins posted above is a great idea in order for someone to be able to assist you. Just keep it clear and simple, dot points are great like Afi4wins said. For example:

  1. <Casino Name> the Casino and/or URL that the issue has occurred on.
  2. <Nature of the problem> Examples of this may be things such as Funds Withdrawal Declined, Withdrawal PendingBalance Disputed ("confiscated..?") 
  3. <Amount ($x) disputed/causing the issue> The amount in the correct currency form that you were using for example USD$100, 0.5LTC (if using crypto)

This does worry me a bit, hopefully its only due to having the trouble that I mentioned. Are you using Casino's that are licenced? It seems strange that there are four causing you issues and that they all have customer service off platform on Telegram. 

Hopefully someone may be able to assist you a bit more if you would kindly follow the above suggestion (thanks for that @Afi4wins) I will check in again over the next couple of days and I hope you are able to move forward and sort this issue out.

I was playing Lucky Vegas casino and I had found the link to it threw Facebook. As I was playing for close to a hour and the game had closed or kicked me out and said it was under maintenance.  It close with my winnings at 3604.50. that's when at the home screen it did not show it in the amount on the home screen just the the balance from when I started. I went in to the betting records and it did show every time I play at that time and win or lose. I took screenshots of everything that I knew I needed and went to the customer service and it went to Facebook Messenger, they didn't respond afterward until I kept asking for help and the other link for customer service on telegram and same as other 2. I don't know exactly how to explain it besides in never did show on the home screen to redeem any of it. In the betting records of the game green money the first week the amount won started decreasing and showed every played before but it not saying I played it at all. It's not a software malfunction I don't think cause each play the amount won was different and I figured it kicked me off cause I was playing a long length time. They way I have responded back has took days and my career keeps me going alot. I am not understanding why they blocked me also. I have played multiple games similar to this one and has paid out. I'm not sure what to do cause its almost been 2 months since then.ni hope this time you can understand it and the pictures listed below has the like to download it and the customer service link sends you to Facebook Messenger or telegram. Any advice or would be amazing a hopefully you guys can understand some what of this
