Not paying out funds - Rabona

Hello, I have a problem with the payment of funds at Rabona. Every time I make a withdrawal, it shows up back in their account after a few hours. They don't reply to emails, customer support, if you can even call it that, says everything is fine.. Do you have any idea what I should do?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Is it something to do with the payment method? Which option are you choosing and how did you make the deposit?
