ask gamblers complaints?

hi do anyone knows how long can ask gamblers decide to close complaint if casino is not providing any updates.just posting same all over again,

Im asking since im waiting 2 weeks on ask gamblers for casino to give any update,and there is nothing new,like i was thinking that they will do,since they do not like to tranasfer me my money,and when ask G. will stop the complaint in that case ?
