This is a new site and I came across a few issues - 

1. Redemptions cancelled by them 

2. System "error" for new redemptions. Tried 3 different cards, with "VIP support" unable to figure out the errors

3. Charges a processing fee per redemption, which is not disclosed

Stay clear of this site.
