DingDingDing redemption delays!?!

Why does DingDingDing have such very long redemption times! I have been waiting on a 4000sc redemption since February 23rd! I've called customer service several times and emailed them at least 3 days a week. And I just keep getting the same story from customer service that my redemption is in final approval! And the emails are always the same AI generated version of the phone calls. Thing is I had 3 previous redemptions and I had already been verified! They're rules and policy states that after the first verification and redemption the process time should only be 3 to 7 business days! Even then it took at least 9 or 10 business days. I really feel like they are just trying everything thing they can to bypass they're own policies and deny me my redemption. Because I wasn't asked for proof of my cards or address on my Real ID on prior redemptions! I do know that I am not alone in this. There are over 50,000 other DingDingDing players waiting on their redemptions! From just 100sc up to 100,000sc! This really is very deceptive!
