Uptrendsocial Posted Sunday at 11:32 AM Posted Sunday at 11:32 AM I thought I accidentally sent 300$ to my roobet account so I asked them to reopen it (I self excluded) after seeing the 300$ wasnt in the account I immediately told them to close the account again. They did not close my account. I got drunk 4 days ago and somehow ended up on roobet “checking” if my account was still closed and found out that it isnt. That lead to a 7k loss. Can I do anything? Will they return this money if I explain it to them? I lost everything Quote
Afi4wins Posted yesterday at 04:19 AM Posted yesterday at 04:19 AM @Uptrendsocial Hi there and welcome to the forum. When you request for a reopening of a self-excluded account, most casinos would oblige to it and make the account active again, unless you have been banned for addictive gambling. In some cases, the account automatically becomes active again upon expiration of the applied self-exclusion period. Some casinos do not close their customer's account but would ask them to use the self-exclusion tool instead. Personally, I think the casino may not refund you any of your losses, even if you explain to them that you were drunk on that day. Nonetheless, it may still be worth trying though, so good luck.
