Why my complaint is rejected ?

Hello, I filed a complaint about CBET Casino, but it was rejected, and I'd like to know why. Can you help me?

 

Hello, it all started on February 25th with a deposit of $29 that I quickly transformed into $230, so I tried to withdraw. Please note that my KYC was validated!

My first problem was a canceled withdrawal. I was then asked to wait 72 hours to try withdrawing again. At that point, I felt that the casino might not be very reliable, so I decided to gamble the money on Wanted. This action made me win ~$1500, so I still wanted to wait 72 hours for withdrawal.

After 72 hours, I was able to request a withdrawal, but I was asked to wager $500 again. I did this, which brought me down to $1,224. I then tried to withdraw and it was canceled again (4 times exactly).

Following this and after more than a week of waiting for my withdrawal without any news, I decided to cancel it, and try to withdraw in $500 increments.

While waiting for the rest, I decided to play on slot machines in a very normal way with bets between $0.6 and $5-6, this detail is important.

With this I manage to get a total of $2,600. That's when everything goes wrong. While I'm playing on another machine with a balance of $2,100 (2,100 in my balance and $500 awaiting withdrawal), I'm told "insufficient funds."

So I go back to the home page thinking it's a bug, that's when I see my balance moving and being deleted.

I go to transactions and I see "administrator -2,142.95$" and "administrator -500usdt"

They literally stole all my money without giving me a reason + I received a message in the chat saying that the account had been blocked etc but it was immediately deleted I can no longer see it.

Today I received an email saying that suspicious activity had been detected on my account regarding betting habits, even though I only played with $0.6-$6 in stakes. And I had no active bonus!

You will find all the evidence attached. I sincerely hope you can help me because I am facing a very serious scam from CBET.
