How long does it take for Bitstarz to review a big win?

I hit 125X with Plinko on Bitstarz while betting ~$250 per ball, TWICE. Submitted a cash out and it's been pending for over 4 days. Support said they had to review the big win, and usually it takes 24-48 hours, but sometimes could be longer. It's been 4 days now.  Now supports no longer give an estimate time, just say they're waiting for the game provider to review the big win. But Plinko is listed as a Bitstarz original  game, Bitstarz is the provider for that game, right? who are they waiting for? why is it taking so long to review their own game? I really don't understand this process. When I hit big with stake (I hit 1000X on a $100 ball), they let me withdrawed within 10 minutes, no big win check at all. This is my first time cashing out with Bitstarz and I'm really worried about my chances of receiving my money at this point.

Has anyone ever gone through Bitstarz's big win review? And how long does it usually take?  

PS: Support also told me to be on the lookout for their email for updates. No email in the last 4 days.

@chimbinh Casinos can be fast at times, can be slow at times too. No casino can maintain their top speed for long, as far as I know.

In your case, it may take a few more days if the management is doing a thorough scrutinisation of your game play and record. Just be patient. Payment will come!

thank you for reassuring me.  I've been playing regular online casino (bovada) and crypto casino (stake) for a few years and I have never seen them doing big win check like this. I recentely hit big with stake (1000X on a $100 ball), which they let me withdrew right away. I didn't want to lose it all back with stake, so I thought I should try my luck with another casino.  That's why I decided to try bitstarz out.  This whole process seems like a stalling tactic to make me get bored and continue playing, cause I really do not understand what they are checking? I literally clicked to drop balls, what is there to check that would take so long?

@Afi4wins I just had another conversation with support today and now they're telling me there is no maximum time frame of when it will be done.  Everytime I asked support, they just give me the same generic answers. What do you make out of this screenshot?
