How long does it take for Bitstarz to review a big win?

I hit 125X with Plinko on Bitstarz while betting ~$250 per ball, TWICE. Submitted a cash out and it's been pending for over 4 days. Support said they had to review the big win, and usually it takes 24-48 hours, but sometimes could be longer. It's been 4 days now.  Now supports no longer give an estimate time, just say they're waiting for the game provider to review the big win. But Plinko is listed as a Bitstarz original  game, Bitstarz is the provider for that game, right? who are they waiting for? why is it taking so long to review their own game? I really don't understand this process. When I hit big with stake (I hit 1000X on a $100 ball), they let me withdrawed within 10 minutes, no big win check at all. This is my first time cashing out with Bitstarz and I'm really worried about my chances of receiving my money at this point.
