Tamaramiars Posted March 5 Posted March 5 After submitting bank statement and electric bill for address verification and neither one of them were accepted the casino told me to go to support which blocked me. And so as far as the 24/7 support they claim to have they do not. And as far as anybody getting back to me to even let me know why either one of the documents were not accepted nobody did so I don't know why they weren't and at this point apparently I'm not getting my money and nobody is helping me anywhere to get anything back if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it.
