Normal/fast/turbo, manual/auto spins?

Some games have setting for different speed normal-fast-turbo, or manual-auto spins. Do they have effect on the outcome? Theoretically they shouldn't, but sometime it seems they do. What's the truth here?

@bminata Whether you play your games at nomal speed, fast mode, or turbomode, the outcome of the games will remain the same and unchanged. When you load up a game, any game, one batch of spins (with results) are loaded up and ready for play. Before that batch of spins has been used up, a new batch will be loaded up.

RTPs and RNGs do not work with small batches of spins and results. They work with huge batches at any one time
