I have problem about cash back in casino

I just submitted my complaint for resolve the issues but rejected 2 times.

@atsalmanat I have checked and it is because you have not provided any evidence of your communication with the casino. You must upload all your supporting evidence with your complaint.

Can you please show me the reply they sent you to say why it was rejected and then I can tell you what you need to send.
