My Experience with Lukki Casino:

 

I deposited $30 and activated a $120 bonus. While following the rules, I placed a $2 bet and, to my surprise, won $3,350.

 

However, to meet the 40x wagering requirement, I later increased my bets beyond $8, not realizing this could result in the cancellation of all my winnings.

 

The Casino’s Response:

 

Lukki Casino decided to wipe out all my winnings and only returned my initial $30 deposit. Their justification? I had exceeded the maximum bet limit while a bonus was active.

 

What makes this deeply unfair is that:

✔ My $3,350 winnings were earned before any rule violation!

✔ If I had broken a rule, the casino should have canceled only the winnings obtained after the first over-limit bet, not everything!

✔ They are selectively enforcing their terms to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

 

Unfair and Suspicious Practices

 

Lukki Casino claims to be a trustworthy site, yet canceling legitimate winnings over a later mistake is highly questionable!

I am calling on Lukki Casino to reconsider their decision and return at least the winnings obtained before any alleged rule violation.

Always read the bonus terms carefully, as some casinos use them as an excuse to void your winnings over minor errors.

From my vast experiences at numerous casinos, I can say that what Lukki Casino did with your funds is legit and according to their Bonus Terms.

Many players do not understand, nor comprehend, the true implications of the max bet limitations or the max allowable withdrawable amount from using any kind of bonuses.

You not knowingly broke the max bet rule by placing $8 bets BEFORE the bonus wagering was completed, so the casino has the right to confiscate all your winnings, as clearly stated in their Terms.

The casino did no wrong in this case, because you had breached their Bonus term. That's all.
